Insurance Sales Representative

Full-time · On-site / Hybrid · Competitive base + commission

About the Role

As an Insurance Sales Representative at Hinojosa Agency Inc., you'll help individuals and families protect what matters most. You'll work alongside an experienced team, with mentorship from day one and a clear roadmap to grow your income and your career.

What you'll do

Build and maintain a pipeline of new clients through outreach and referrals
Educate prospects on insurance options and recommend the right coverage
Quote, present, and close auto, home, life, and business policies
Service existing clients with renewals, reviews, and policy updates
Hit monthly production goals and contribute to team growth

What we're looking for

Excellent communication and people skills
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Sales, customer service, or insurance experience a plus (not required)
Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty / Life licenses (we'll guide you)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
